I've loved all your April feelings today, and I was wondering if you had any more that you want to share. If not, top five Leslie ships.

Hmm. I mean, I think I told you this, but all that stuff in the tracked tags about wanting season 2 April back? If April was the exact same as that season, I’d have so little patience with her now. I like April when she’s reluctantly caring, and when she’s weird. I don’t usually relish in truly mean characters, so I like when we’re reminded that she’s not truly mean. And certainly, that did come across in season 2, which is why I don’t really understand why people are up in arms about that. I do remember though, that her treatment of Andy at the beginning of season 3 turned me off from her for a while. Andy is by no means perfect and his means of attaining the ladies he likes is problematic, but I also didn’t enjoy April intentionally goading him and throwing her power around at him? That whole thing got so messy to me by the end, I was happy they finally just got them together and never looked back. April’s been so great in season 4 - she’s just gotten some wonderful WEIRD things to do, and it’s built-in that she cares about Leslie’s campaign. It’s great.
