notes: So last night I was like just a ball of feelings and had to get it out and spent all night writing this a bit at a time. This show, you guys. Sitcoms shouldn’t be allowed to make me feel this many things. Also SPOILERS FOR THE FINALE.

Caity’s Many Words on Parks
So, at the start of the season, I cried for 10 minutes over Ben and Leslie breaking up. Then in the middle, I cried when they said they loved each other. And now I’m trying again. BOOK ENDS ALL OVER. Who on earth said a sitcom was allowed to do this to me?
Ok, can we spread around some accuracy?
No where legitimate has it been reported that Parks or Community would be getting final seasons. 30 Rock is definitely on it’s last season — that’s been officially announced, no matter what the episode pick-up order is.
Deadline, the only reputable source in this debacle, stated that 30 Rock is negotiating a shortened final season.
Parks and Community are in the running to also be renewed, likely for shortened seasons. Not for final seasons. Just shortened.

Well, I don’t think people care as much about these posts as they once did, but anyways. This episode, yes. Good. Feelings. They happened. Let’s elaborate.
Can we all collectively agree on one thing?

Next week, if you watch the finale early, please be hyper conscious and put every little thing under a cut or, at the very least, with a predetermined spoilers tag. One little peep about this episode makes it unfair for the people who are waiting. I’m even going to be crazy attentive during normal Thursday liveblogging about this.
This episode is important. Even the smallest “OMG YOU GUYS ARE GONNA LOVE THIS EPISODE” is a spoiler. Your reaction, even vague, to this episode is gonna be a spoiler. I don’t want to know anything. I don’t want to know that it’s an amazing episode, I don’t want to know that you liked it, I don’t want to know that you’re upset about it, I don’t want to know that you can’t wait for next season.
I don’t think I’m the only one who doesn’t want one word about the finale before Thursday. This is really important to me, like just really a big deal, and I’ve been terrified for months of being spoiled and I don’t want to give in to that now.
So please, PLEASE, PLEASE. If you watch Parks early, or at all, even on time in your time zone. Give it til Friday before taking off your spoiler tag. Even if we all just use “finale spoilers” or something, just. Be really really conscious, please. This means a lot to me.
